Salary: $16.00/hr + commensurate with experience 222-day work calendar for 24-25 school year.
Job Function:
The Student Support Assistant – Supplemental Title I has primary responsibility for all aspects of supporting the Administrative and Student Support Team through strategic relationship management and communications. The Assistant files, maintains and organizes a variety of documents and information on behalf of educational personnel within the organization. In addition, the Assistant helps prepare for all meetings, and trainings conducted by the Administrative and Student Support Team and translates in parent meetings when necessary.
Duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned by the Principal.
- Responsible for filing, retrieving, and maintaining records for the Administrative and Student Support Team as
- Performs routine tasks like data entry, organization, cross-referencing, scanning, sorting, and other general clerical
- Prepares requisitions and memorandums for materials required by Student Support.
- Assists with special projects as assigned.
- Provides strong attention to details with emphasis on accuracy and quality, solid critical thinking skills, and excellent communication
- Creates and prepares folders and other documents for various internal and external
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced team
- Maintains an appropriate level of confidentiality of employee and student
- Translate literature for special events as needed.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
